Shipping Policy
- Shipping Locations and Costs
Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom): We offer standard shipping across the United Kingdom. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order size.
International Shipping: We also ship to selected international locations. Shipping fees for international orders vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.
- Shipping Times
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
Domestic Delivery: Standard shipping within the United Kingdom typically takes 1-3 business days.
International Delivery: Shipping times for international orders vary by destination and typically range from 2-5 business days. Please note that customs processing may delay delivery.
- Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number provided to check the status of your delivery.
- Shipping Restrictions
Please be aware that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. All shipments require a valid physical address.
Returns and Refunds Policy
- Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return the items within 14 days of receipt for a refund. To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Certain items, such as perishable goods, are not eligible for return.
- How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@startsunny.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days. Note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at hello@startsunny.com with your order number and details of the issue.

- Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days of approval, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@startsunny.com.
- Subscription Management
If you have subscribed to our products, you can manage your subscription by contacting us via email. To cancel, pause, or modify your subscription, please email us at hello@startsunny.com. Ensure you notify us at least 28 days before the next delivery date. If a cancellation request is made less than 28 days before the next delivery date, the cancellation will take effect after the next scheduled delivery, and you will be charged for the upcoming delivery.
